Michael started with M&M Medical in 1998 as a Trainee Medical Gas Technician. He took up an option to work in the office as administrator. He embraced the variety of tasks within the office which eventually led to Mike becoming the General Manager, due to the retirement of Steve Young Mike as taken up the role as MD as part of the new Senior Management structure.
Paul started with M&M Medical in 1993 as a Medical Gas Technician, subsequently becoming a Lead Fitter and in 2003 promoted to a Contracts Engineer. Paul has been a fundamental part in the growth and development of M&M Medical to it's current status as one of the leading companies within the Medical Gas Industry. Paul is also Qualified as a (MGPS) Authorised Person. Paul has now become a Director as part of the new Senior Management structure.
Paul Sayer started in 1993 and carried out many years as a Medical Gas Technician, further through subsequent training was promoted to a Maintenance Engineer in 2000. Paul is now the Maintenance Manager and is overall responsible for all matters relating to Maintenance. Paul has now become a Director as part of the new Senior Management structure.
Chris has carried out various roles within the company since he started in 1993, he was originally a Lead Fitter, then moved to a Maintenance/ Commissioning Engineer and most recently been integrated into the office as a Contracts Estimator.
Peter started aged 17 and became M&M Medical's first Modern Apprentice. After qualification his ability to learn quickly ensured he became a Lead Fitter & Competent Person (MGPS). After taking a break from us he returned as site Supervisor and achieved Authorised Person (MGPS) certification.
Paul joined M&M Medical in 2005 and came to us from another industry as a site Foreman with qualifications which included City & Guilds Welding & CAD Design. As a site Supervisor he has worked on many contracts & his organisation skills, man management & knowledge of HSE has been a major asset to the company.
Ian has gained a wealth of experience in Medical Gases, having worked for Piped Gas Installation for 17 years. He then moved to Crown House Engineering Special Projects where he ran various large contracts. Next up for Ian was a move to Draeger S.E.A. PTE Ltd in Singapore as a project Engineer. Then finally before joining our team he ran the Southern Installation Office for Penlon.
